Financial Aid Application

Forms must be completed in full, and a form must be completed for each scholarship recipient. Partial scholarships and payment plans are available. All fees not covered by financial aid are the responsibility of the recipient. Forms must be submitted at the time of registration. All financial aid granted must be paid back before a release to another club is granted.

Parent/Player Handbook - Click to access handbook

The Parent/Player Handbook must be read, and the last page must be filled out and returned to your coach or the Skyline Soccer Association office prior to participation. Please select a handbook based on the team your child has been selected for.
